Support the Police

     Supporting the police shouldn’t be a political issue, but unfortunately in recent
years this has become the case. With several democrat politicians and democrat run
cities and states actively working to and defunding police departments across the
country. This has led to a massive increase in crime and has made every American
citizen less safe. We have seen innocent police become the victims of vicious
assaults and murders. Are there corrupt cops out there? Absolutely, any time you
put someone in a position of authority you will undoubtedly have those that get on
“a power trip” and become corrupt, just look at our government. But this is not the
overwhelming majority of police, most of them are honest, hardworking
individuals that are willing to risk their lives to keep us a little bit safer. They are
not the first line of defense that falls to us, but they are that Thin Blue Line that can
keep a bad situation from getting a whole lot worse and they deserve our support.
